Description

As a Junior IT Systems Administrator, you will support the administration of servers and network infrastructure while helping ensure the stability and security of the IT environment. You will monitor IT services, respond to incidents, and contribute to maintaining and developing technical documentation. You will also implement updates and security patches, and support backup/DR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain architecture documentation (diagrams, logical and physical schemes)

  • Administer IT infrastructure (servers, networks, Linux operating systems)

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies

  • Monitor operation of IT services and react to incidents

  • Implement updates, security patches, and backup/DR strategy changes

Requirements

  • Secondary or higher education in IT or a related field

  • 0–1 years of experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of networking technologies

  • Ability to work with monitoring tools and script-based automation

  • English proficiency for communication and for reading/writing technical documentation
