Description

You will work as an IT Ansprechpartner for the Human Resources department with a focus on SAP Payroll (SAP HCM PA and PY). You will technically monitor and manage payroll processes in SAP HCM and connected systems, ensure compliance with relevant payroll rules, and analyze, design, and implement HR department requirements. In addition, you will participate in planning the technological SAP transformation in the SAP-HCM landscape toward H4S4 and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT contact for HR with a focus on SAP Payroll (HCM PA and PY)
• Technically monitor and administer payroll processes in SAP HCM and connected systems (e.g., BAV, SV)
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations based on German law, IG Metall collective agreements, and works agreements
• Analyze, conceptualize, and implement business requirements
• Implement new interfaces and enhance existing ones based on trends and best practices
• Support project planning for the technological SAP transformation to H4S4 and SuccessFactors in the SAP-HCM environment

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT, business, or HR, or equivalent qualification
• Solid professional experience in payroll with SAP HCM PA/PY (R3 or S4), including interfaces
• Excellent SAP HCM customizing knowledge
• Basic ABAP knowledge; knowledge of SAP HCM Time, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP is a plus
• Strong service orientation
• Initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Strong team orientation and excellent communication skills
• Very good German skills (written and spoken) and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Low willingness to travel
