Description

You will plan the SAP HCM service strategy and design SAP HCM services. You are responsible for service transition, service operation, and SAP HCM budget planning, while also supporting or leading projects. In addition, you will help shape the SAP HCM personnel management system and act as the point of contact for HR and Organization and cooperation partners.

• Own service transition and service operation and handle SAP HCM budget planning
• Lead projects or contribute to them
• Contribute to shaping the SAP HCM personnel management system
• Act as contact for the HR and Organization department and cooperation partners

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or social insurance (Bachelor/FH diploma) or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Alternatively: training as an IT specialist or in a commercial/office/administration role, plus at least 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Solid SAP HCM knowledge, including application and Customizing
• Structured, responsible working approach
• Analytical thinking and decision-making strength
• Conceptual approach and project competence; knowledge of project management methods and tools; experience leading or participating in projects
• Strong communication skills
• German at least C1
• Willingness for occasional business travel
