Description

You will analyze and optimize HR processes with business teams and deliver digital solutions with real value. You will steer HR-focused IT projects from requirements analysis to concept and implementation, and you will maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central) and SAP HCM with an eye on interfaces and integrations. You will also evaluate and introduce new technologies—especially AI—for practical HR applications and shape the HR digital landscape as the interface between HR and IT.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in consulting, further development, or implementation of HR IT solutions

• Experience leading IT projects

• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM and good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle

• Analytical and conceptual thinking; stakeholder sensitivity

• Structured and independent working style

• Strong technology affinity and understanding of current AI technologies for HR use; initial hands-on experience preferred

• Very good German skills in writing and speaking
