Description

You will help future-proof and evolve an integrated HR system landscape by working with SAP HCM and UKG HRSD. The role connects HR and IT: you translate HR requirements into system concepts, configure key SAP HCM modules, and support digital HR service processes. You also ensure stable operations, data quality, and provide 2nd/3rd-level support.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the HR system landscape technically and functionally using SAP HCM

  • Translate HR requirements into tailored system concepts and implement them at the HR/IT interface

  • Design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM modules PA (Personal Administration), PT (Time Management), PY (Payroll), and OM (Organizational Management)

  • Support the ongoing development and administration of UKG HRSD HR service processes after onboarding (e.g., personnel records, document management, ticketing, workflows, e-signatures, and access rights)

  • Ensure stable HR-IT operations, process stability, and data quality; manage roles and access concepts; deliver professional 2nd- and 3rd-level support

  • Test releases, support packages, and system changes; document solutions; enable HR teams through training and practical support

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with technical support, configuration, or further development of HR-IT systems, preferably SAP HCM or similar HR platforms

  • Ideally experience with UKG HRSD or comparable HR service platforms

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and technical implementation; ability to translate strategic requirements into system solutions

  • Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, or HR Management) or equivalent qualification with relevant experience

  • Proven analytical capability to resolve complex system issues; high quality standards and hands-on mentality

  • Communication skills and motivation to co-develop digital solutions with HR
