Description

You will develop and operate SAP HCM modules for Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT). The role includes analysis, conception, and implementation of requirements in payroll and time management, development of customer-specific solutions with ABAP, and optimization of schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and functions. You will also support legal changes, troubleshoot errors, run tests/quality assurance, and advise HR on process and system optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and operate SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)

• Analyze, design, and implement complex requirements for payroll and time management

• Develop customer-specific solutions with ABAP and HCM-specific technologies

• Maintain and improve schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and functions

• Support implementation of statutory changes in the SAP system; analyze and resolve issues in payroll and time management

• Execute tests and quality assurance measures; continuously optimize the system landscape

• Advise HR departments on processes and system optimizations

• Coordinate external service providers and support day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT or HR or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience with SAP HCM, especially Payroll and/or Time Management

• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM modules PY and PT, including practical experience with schemas, rules, infotypes, time evaluation, and payroll

• Good ABAP knowledge and experience with customer-specific enhancements

• Good understanding of collective bargaining, company, and legal requirements

• Ideally experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, HCM interfaces/integration scenarios, and complex enterprise/group structures
