Description

You will advise C-level and senior stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives around digitalization, Data & AI. You will create transformation, data, and technology roadmaps, identify challenges, and define actionable solution directions. You will also support data governance and AI governance, including regulatory requirements such as DORA, the EU AI Act, and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level and senior stakeholders on digital, data, and AI transformation initiatives

• Develop transformation, data, and technology roadmaps connecting business goals with technical innovation

• Analyze customer challenges and derive concrete action areas and sustainable solutions

• Act as an interface between business, specialist departments, and technology teams; translate strategic needs into implementable concepts

• Advise on Data Governance, AI Governance, and regulatory requirements including DORA, EU AI Act, and Responsible AI

• Support the development of new consulting offerings, methods, and accelerator solutions

• Present findings in customer workshops and management presentations; support strategic decision processes

• Coach project teams and help grow the transformation and advisory community

Requirements

• Completed degree in business or information technology (or comparable qualification)

• Several years of experience in strategic IT consulting or similar IT transformation projects

• Solid experience in developing IT strategies, target visions, and transformation roadmaps

• Sound understanding of modern data, cloud, and AI platforms and their business applications

• Experience analyzing existing IT structures and strategically reshaping system and application landscapes

• Strong conceptual and analytical abilities; communicate complex topics clearly and appropriately

• Confident customer-facing presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Enjoy taking expert responsibility in client projects and driving topics independently

• Very good German and English language skills
