Description

You will analyze current processes, identify opportunities to simplify, digitalize, and automate them, and translate user needs into concrete solution proposals. You’ll work with data to find relationships and recommend better ways to use it, then implement, configure, and test solutions in the company’s systems. You will support and train users during rollout to ensure solutions meet real needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements by communicating with users in production and administration

• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for simplification, digitalization, and automation

• Convert user requirements into functional solution proposals

• Work with data, discover patterns, and propose improved data utilization

• Implement and configure solutions in existing systems and tools

• Test new solutions and verify they meet user requirements

• Support and train users when introducing new solutions

Requirements

• Experience in IT, business analysis, digitalization, or consulting for enterprise systems

• Ability to understand user processes and requirements and translate them into functional solutions

• Experience working with data and at least basic SQL knowledge

• Orientation in system integration principles and APIs

• Ability to independently follow through on assigned tasks

• Strong communication skills with IT specialists and with users from production and administration

• Communicative English proficiency

• Willingness to travel occasionally and driver’s license class B
