Description

You will help customers solve their HR and payroll system requirements in Vema. The role includes analyzing customer needs, configuring and adjusting the system accordingly, and advising users on effective day-to-day use. You will also train users and provide methodological support, starting with onboarding and guidance from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consulting on work with the Vema HR system

• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions in the system

• Participate in implementations, system setup, and custom adjustments based on customer needs

• Train users and offer methodological support

• Gradually take ownership of solving customer requirements independently

Requirements

• Completed secondary education with a high school diploma (ideally economics or technical); university degree is an advantage

• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel

• Driving license category B

• Czech language proficiency (verbal and written) for everyday customer communication at native-speaker level

• Communication skills and customer-friendly, patient, empathetic behavior

• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and continuously expand your knowledge

• Advantage: experience or knowledge in payroll processing, payroll legislation, HR processes; experience with implementing HR/software systems; consulting experience
