Description

Provide PLM consulting to customers, including process design for managing the product lifecycle. Configure and implement PLM solutions, especially the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and prepare technical solution documentation based on customer requirements. Deliver training, provide technical support, and help optimize engineering and manufacturing processes; on specialized projects you may also design business rules, automate workflows, and integrate data with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and design PLM processes for product lifecycle management
• Configure and implement PLM solutions, especially 3DEXPERIENCE
• Design and document technical solutions based on customer requirements
• Administer and configure enterprise platforms such as ENOVIA and DELMIA, including CAD application integration
• Train customers and transfer knowledge about delivered solutions
• Provide technical support and resolve customer technical issues
• Collaborate on optimization of engineering and manufacturing processes
• For specialized projects: design/implement business rules, automate workflows, and script
• Support integration of data and linking it to analytics tools (project-dependent)

Requirements

• Secondary education with a high-school diploma or university degree (ideally technical)
• Experience with similar technologies and good orientation in IT
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to present solutions to customers and lead domain meetings or trainings
• English level B1/B2
• Willingness to learn new technologies and further develop expertise
• Willingness to travel to customers
• Valid B driving license
