Description

You will work closely with clients and sales, product, delivery, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions with a focus on HR and Payroll. You will take part in the full presales cycle—from requirements analysis and solution design to system demos, offers, and client presentations. You will also help identify client needs and potential areas to develop the solution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and select suitable ERP solutions for HR and Payroll

• Translate business needs into system functionalities and solution concepts

• Prepare work-effort estimations, solution proposals, and substantive input for sales offers

• Independently configure and present HR & Payroll solution capabilities

• Participate in client meetings, solution presentations, system demonstrations, webinars, and industry events

• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and technical teams across the presales process

• Proactively identify customer needs, business opportunities, and potential solution development areas

• Contribute to creating and continuously improving sales, marketing, and presales materials

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and strong understanding of Polish regulations for personnel and payroll

• Experience with HR and Payroll systems used in the Polish market

• Experience with Egeria HR/Payroll and Employee Portal is an advantage

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and ability to convert customer requirements into system solutions

• Ability to independently configure, present, and demonstrate system functionalities

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Proactive mindset and ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities

• Motivation, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and grow

• English knowledge is an advantage
