Description

You will join a team developing and maintaining key solutions used for business credit processes. The role includes creating test scenarios and cases, performing manual functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing, reporting and analyzing defects, and verifying fixes. You will work with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Test systems supporting credit processes for business customers and ensure solution quality

• Create test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and project documentation

• Execute manual tests: functional, integration, regression, and acceptance

• Identify, analyze, and report bugs; collaborate with the team to resolve them

• Verify implemented fixes and participate in regression testing

• Cooperate closely with analysts, developers, and other project team members

• Prepare and keep test documentation up to date

• Support business users during acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a manual tester

• Banking sector experience; knowledge of credit processes is a plus

• Higher education (preferably IT or related)

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing’s role in quality assurance

• Ability to independently design and execute test cases and scenarios

• Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or HP ALM

• Strong problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution proposal skills

• Attention to detail, good organization, and a responsible approach

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and communicate with stakeholders

• English proficiency for working with technical documentation

• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing tests in IT projects

• Commitment to high-quality delivery and supporting quality-related maintenance activities

• Ability and willingness to share knowledge and support less experienced team members
