• Role: Test Manager for digital channels and core systems

Description

You will lead and methodically set up testing across digital channels and core systems, ensuring quality for both business and IT users. You will coordinate end-to-end testing, report progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders, and occasionally create and execute test scenarios hands-on. The focus is on quality across the entire solution, including portals, apps, self-service, partner integrations, and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the testing methodology (who does what, standards)

• Guide business and IT users through the testing process

• Report test status, progress, blockers, and risks to leadership and stakeholders

• Occasionally create test scenarios and, when needed, run tests yourself

• Coordinate integration and regression testing for every release

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams so quality is built into the design

Requirements

• Hands-on testing experience including creation of test scenarios

• Experience setting up or leading test methodology in a project or organization

• Experience coordinating testing between business and IT sides

• Ability to produce clear test status reporting for both technical and leadership audiences

• Understanding of testing concepts across layers (API, UI, databases, integrations)

• Native-level Czech or Slovak communication; ability to work with English documentation and occasional communication

• Ability to stand by your testing opinions while also recognizing and correcting mistakes
