We are committed to increasing the representation of women in management positions to 30% by 2030. - Masters or PhD degree in semiconductor physics or technology, microelectronics, or a similar field - 3+ years of work experience, depending on educational credentials - Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology - Team player with a strong drive to achieve success - Fluency in English and German language skills are desired - Good verbal and written communication skills - Define, develop, and release bipolar transistors - Contribute to product performance as a product designer or architect for bipolar transistor development - Lead small- or medium-sized product creation or optimization projects - Conduct competitive benchmarking of Nexperia products and technologies - Build and maintain a competency network within the organization - Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers
