Description

You will manage, optimize, and continuously improve assigned SaaS applications, while providing functional support—including resolving complex incidents and communicating with end users. You will analyze business requirements and translate them into solution proposals, requirements, and user stories, collaborating globally with business teams, IT departments, and external suppliers. You will also support onboarding of new applications, lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and take part in implementations, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Administration, optimization, and further development of assigned SaaS applications

• Functional support and resolution of complex incidents; communicate with end users

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into solution proposals, requirements, and user stories

• Collaborate with business teams, IT departments, and external vendors at a global level

• Support onboarding of new applications, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement

• Participate in implementations, releases, testing, and UAT

Requirements

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Communicative English for daily use

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem

• Creativity in problem-solving and ability to support across the application lifecycle
