Description

You will take technical ownership of the Salesforce platform and continuously evolve the architecture for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The role includes designing the CRM data model, supporting data migrations end-to-end, and defining integrations between Salesforce and connected systems. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and act as a central technical reference point for architecture, development, deployment, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical responsibility for the Salesforce platform and evolve Service Cloud and Experience Cloud architecture
  • Shape the CRM data model, define robust data structures, and support data migrations (mapping, cleansing, validation)
  • Design interfaces and integration solutions between Salesforce and connected systems; align with architecture and development teams
  • Translate complex business requirements with Product Owners and development teams into scalable technical solutions and support implementation
  • Act as the central technical point of contact for Salesforce; evaluate solution approaches and ensure consistent architecture, development, and quality standards
  • Build and establish a Salesforce Center of Excellence with durable standards for architecture, development, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Multi-year, in-depth Salesforce experience in a technically demanding role (Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer)
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud; Experience Cloud experience is advantageous
  • Experience with scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models, APIs, interfaces, and integration architectures
  • Knowledge of data migration and data quality; ability to assess technical Salesforce solutions based on Flow, Apex, and platform automation
  • Ability to structure complex technical requirements, communicate clearly, and translate between business/product, development, and IT architecture
  • German proficiency at C1 level or higher in speech and writing
