Description

You will connect production and logistics expertise with data reporting to support manufacturing plants. The role involves developing operational KPIs and dashboards in Power BI, working toward real-time monitoring, and contributing to AI-based reporting/analytics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and evolve operational KPI and data reporting systems across the manufacturing group

• Collaborate closely with logistics, production, and plant managers

• Build analytical outputs and dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools to identify trends and process optimization opportunities

• Propose new approaches to working with data, including transition to real-time monitoring

• Support implementation projects for AI-based reporting/analytics solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in business/data analytics, performance management, or BI (ideally from manufacturing/automotive)

• Knowledge of production and logistics KPIs, including understanding of manufacturing ERP systems

• Advanced knowledge of data tools

• Analytical thinking and ability to formulate recommendations based on data

• Interest in new BI and AI technologies

• Very good English communication skills (daily use)
