Description

You will receive a hands-on apprenticeship, learning from IT experts how business and performance processes work and how IT teams organize their work. The training covers the introduction and support of system solutions, including system configuration and integration, as well as building information and communication systems. You will also help administer hardware and software, support server and network installation, troubleshoot issues using systematic error analysis, and provide IT support for users.

Responsibilities

• Learn business/performance processes, work organization, and working techniques
• Participate in introducing, configuring, and integrating system solutions
• Help build information and communication systems
• Support administration of hardware and software
• Assist with configuring IT systems and servers and support network installations
• Provide IT support and act as a contact for technical questions
• Troubleshoot incidents using systematic error analysis
• Design, install, and maintain networked IT systems with team support
• Contribute to optimization of existing systems

Requirements

• Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife, or allgemeine Hochschulreife with good grades in core subjects
• Interest in IT topics; ideally initial knowledge in computer science
• Enjoy solving complex, varied tasks and communicating
• Knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
