Description

You will gather and define business requirements with stakeholders across marketing, sales, logistics operations, billing, accounting, and courier management. You will translate these needs into requirements for an external development vendor, coordinate vendor work, manage projects end to end, and ensure solutions are accepted by business stakeholders. You will also plan deployments, changes, and updates, and coordinate incident handling with architecture, infrastructure, and database teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate business needs into requirements for an external development vendor
• Plan and manage projects end to end (from business request to solution acceptance)
• Coordinate production deployments, changes, and updates
• Run regular vendor meetings (daily, weekly, and planning) and project-specific meetings
• Coordinate incident handling with architect, infrastructure team, and database administrators
