Description

Lead the delivery of enterprise application security programs from inception through execution and closure. Define program roadmaps, governance, and risk and financial performance metrics, while embedding AI-driven and agentic workflows into existing security processes. Establish vulnerability triage and remediation prioritization based on business impact and report KPIs and risk metrics to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Application Security programs
• Define roadmaps, milestones, risks, governance, and financial performance metrics
• Integrate AI-driven and agentic workflows into security processes to improve threat detection and remediation speed
• Oversee triage of security findings, validate exploitability, and prioritize remediation by business impact
• Automate vulnerability management to reduce risk exposure measurably
• Set governance and reporting standards for enterprise security posture visibility
• Present program KPIs, risk metrics, and roadmap outcomes to executives and governance boards
• Manage cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence and operational alignment

Requirements

• Delivery management or program governance leadership experience in cybersecurity with emphasis on Application Security
• Industry certification: CSSLP, CISM, CISSP (or equivalent senior credential)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, vulnerability management, and risk quantification
• Experience implementing or managing AI-enabled/automated security workflows
• Experience managing complex governance models, budgets, and multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting
