Description

You will help build AI-agent trading infrastructure from scratch—platform components for perpetual futures trading, order book and matching, risk management/liquidations, DeFi lending, and on-chain settlement. The CTO role is highly hands-on: define the technical vision and architecture, write production code, make core technology decisions, and own security for systems handling real funds. You will also build and lead the core engineering team with an engineering culture from the beginning.

Requirements

• Strong experience with production software development
• Very good knowledge of at least one language: Rust (preferred), Go, or C++
• Experience with TypeScript and Python
• Experience with trading systems, DeFi, or other financial software
• Practical experience with smart contracts and EVM
• Good understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with security-critical systems where security matters
• Ownership mindset; ability to take initiatives and deliver to production
• Strong genuine interest in trading, crypto, and automated trading/agent systems
