Description

You will support technical analysis of requirements, connect systems through integration mechanisms, and help automate business processes. The agenda covers primarily less complex topics so you can build knowledge step by step and take on more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Collect and analyze users’ integration needs

• Support system integration and ensure integration mechanisms between systems

• Design and help implement automated business processes

• Create workflows, approval processes, and escalation rules

• Design print templates for documents, contracts, and invoices

• Support the rollout of new technology solutions

• Communicate with users and help resolve their requests

• Collaborate with business users, the IT team, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Basic experience in IT, application support, system integration, automation, or technical analysis

• Understanding of information systems, their components, and how they communicate

• Ability to navigate technical documentation and understand data and process relationships

• Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, web services, or data exchange between systems

• Ability to analyze a requirement, identify technical impacts, and propose a solution

• Experience with workflow/approval/escalation process design is a plus

• Knowledge of databases and SQL basics, and/or experience working with logs or integration testing tools is a plus

• Clear communication with both technical and business users

• Proactive, independent, and willing to learn continuously

• Prompt, systematic handling of requests with a quality focus

• Ability to organize work and deliver tasks to completion

• Communicative English is an advantage
