Description

You will develop product strategy and a roadmap, drive initiatives from discovery to delivery, and optimize using measurable outcomes. The role covers the full guest journey—from searching and booking to the stay, returning guest, and next booking—while increasing direct booking conversion and identifying new growth sources. You will define KPIs, analyze conversion funnels, run experiments, and collaborate across Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the HeyRent product strategy and roadmap

• Build Direct Booking to increase direct reservations and explore new growth channels

• Own Guest Experience end-to-end (search → booking → stay → return and next booking)

• Lead Discovery & Delivery: identify problems, validate solutions, prioritize backlog, and deliver value

• Make data-backed decisions using KPIs, funnel analysis, and experiments

• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, and Operations to align guest needs with business goals

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience (independently leading a product or key product area)

• Experience with B2C products (e-commerce, marketplace, travel-tech, hospitality-tech, or similar)

• Strong Product Discovery and Delivery skills (define problems, validate, implement, measure)

• Data-driven mindset with KPIs, conversion funnels, and A/B testing

• Ownership and strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders

• Business mindset: product impact on growth, retention, Customer Lifetime Value, and business performance
