Description

You will handle product management for the recommendation system powering the Seznam.cz home page. You will define and communicate the product vision, design the ideal composition of content, and deliver changes with developers and researchers. You will propose metrics to measure impact and use A/B testing to evaluate and interpret results from recommendation model experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for the recommendation system on the home page

• Create and shape the product vision, including the ideal mix of content

• Implement product changes in collaboration with developers and researchers

• Define metrics to verify product and user improvements

• Run and analyze A/B tests of recommendation models, interpreting measured data

• Coordinate with other teams, capture and prioritize their needs, and translate them into product requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in product management (required)

• Ability to distinguish content types and explain their properties

• User empathy and ability to convert needs into clear product requirements

• Ability to work with data to validate hypotheses

• Knowledge of Python with Jupyter or SQL for hypothesis validation

• Advantage: knowledge of machine learning, big data processing, and AI
