Description

Own multiple B2B web and mobile products for water and energy providers. Define the roadmap and backlog, communicate regularly with customers to uncover real problems, and convert insights into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria—using AI tools actively. Lead prioritization in refinement sessions and act as the main contact for the development team and support regarding product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Create product roadmaps and make decisions for assigned products
• Communicate with customers regularly and identify underlying issues behind their requests
• Translate insights into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria (using AI tools)
• Prioritize during refinement and defend priorities with both the team and customers
• Serve as primary contact for the development team and support on product functionality
• Coordinate with project managers and the sales team when planning customer deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience independently leading a product, including roadmap ownership and customer communication
• Total at least 5 years of IT experience
• Systematic thinking and ability to structure unclear situations
• Excellent communication skills (customer discussions, clear requirements for developers, and ability to argue priorities)
• Proactive approach and independence
• Active use of AI tools in daily work
• Czech at native-speaker level
• Product mindset and commitment to complete work end-to-end
