Description

You will lead the most complex, cross-cutting, and high-risk CISO programs and portfolios from strategy and diagnosis through durable execution, adoption, transition, and sustained outcomes. You will translate executive intent into scalable operating models and capabilities, define governance and decision rights, and orchestrate execution across engineering, security, operations, risk, compliance, and business teams. You will instrument outcomes and use AI, telemetry, and evidence to detect drift and continuously course-correct priorities and investments.

Responsibilities

• Translate CISO strategy and executive intent into enterprise-scale programs and portfolios: frame ambiguous problems, define target outcomes and success measures, establish governance and decision rights, map dependencies, and create multi-year roadmaps.

• Build durable operating models, automated workflows, and reusable capabilities that institutionalize effective practices and scale across organizational boundaries.

• Orchestrate complex, high-risk initiatives by aligning senior leaders, establishing operating rhythms and accountability, resolving systemic blockers, and driving timely decisions and tradeoffs.

• Use AI, telemetry, and qualitative/quantitative evidence to instrument outcomes, identify emerging risk and program drift, improve decision velocity and accuracy, and optimize portfolio investments.

• Advise senior executives by synthesizing technical, operational, and organizational inputs into clear narratives, options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, OR equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• Ability to meet required security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check.

• Citizenship and citizenship verification for access to information controlled for export under applicable export control regulations (as required by law).
