Description

Lead UX research for web products in the developer experience space, driving strategic impact across product and design decisions. Own the full research lifecycle and run mixed-method studies (generative, evaluative, and longitudinal) to uncover developer workflows, unmet needs, and adoption patterns. Transform research findings into actionable insights and compelling reports for cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading user research projects with demonstrated impact experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience with field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design

• Experience with all aspects of research: study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting

• Experience with behavioral data collection, quantitative data analysis, and statistics

• Bachelor’s degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field

• Portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas)
