Description

Join the Workforce Adoption, Change, Experience team to drive and execute user research strategies across a product portfolio. In this role, you will bridge human-centered design, product strategy, and behavioral insights—turning user needs into actionable recommendations. You will lead end-to-end research, synthesize findings, and advocate insights to influence product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end generative and evaluative research across complex product features

• Lead research initiatives from study design and participant recruitment to moderation, data collection, and synthesis

• Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral data into actionable recommendations

• Run continuous discovery through usability testing, user interviews, and field research within agile sprint cycles

• Collaborate early with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers to align business goals with user needs

• Track UX performance using usability metrics (e.g., System Usability Scale, task success rates, time-on-task)

• Audit user flows to identify friction points, reduce cognitive load, and improve user journeys

Requirements

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, or product design research for digital platforms

• Solid mixed-methods expertise (qualitative and quantitative)

• Proven ability to operate independently from project brief to final presentation

• Experience embedding research insights into agile product development cycles

• Strong communication and storytelling skills for cross-functional and executive audiences

• Highly desirable: experience with data/analytics, AI-driven products, or complex system migration projects
