Description

You will independently lead end-to-end UX research processes that support digital product development. The role includes qualitative and quantitative studies, insight analysis, and translating findings into product recommendations. You’ll also create customer journey maps and present research outcomes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end research processes: define the research problem and goals, then present findings and recommendations

• Select research methods appropriate for the problem, product stage, and project needs

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research

• Conduct in-depth interviews, usability tests, and survey research

• Analyze and synthesize study materials to identify key patterns, user needs, and user problems

• Translate research results into specific insights and product development recommendations

• Create customer journey maps and analyze user experiences

• Facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, analysts, and other stakeholders

• Document the research process, results, and recommendations

• Run multiple research initiatives in parallel

• Verify the impact of product changes introduced based on research

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial UX Research experience where research is the main responsibility

• Experience running full end-to-end UX research independently

• Ability to select appropriate research methods for specific problems and product stages

• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research

• Hands-on experience with in-depth interviews, usability tests, and survey studies

• Ability to analyze and synthesize results into actionable product recommendations

• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting research findings

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, analysts, and business stakeholders

• Ability to create clear documentation of the research process and outcomes

• Experience running several research initiatives simultaneously

• Independence, strong communication skills, and critical thinking
