Description

Lead end-to-end research on AI experiences in Windows—from framing the right questions early to guiding decisions through iterative development and post-launch learning. Work directly with engineers and applied scientists building local models, translating user needs into technical choices about model behavior, training data, and system design. Set the methodological bar for studying non-deterministic AI systems by combining qualitative insights with behavioral, telemetry, and model evaluation signals in close collaboration with data science and engineering.

Requirements

• Doctorate in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year UX research experience
• OR Master’s degree in the listed fields AND 3+ years UX research experience
• OR Bachelor’s degree in the listed fields AND 4+ years UX research experience
• OR equivalent experience

Benefits

• Base pay range across the U.S.: USD $119,800–$234,700 per year
• Location-based base pay ranges (SF Bay Area / NYC metro): USD $160,200–$261,000 per year
