Description

You’ll analyze business and system needs using a structured, concept-first approach, distinguishing what is truly analysis versus simple documentation. The role emphasizes correct usage of UML and BPMN, and contributing to ergonomic user interfaces even if you don’t implement them directly in Figma. You should be comfortable presenting ideas and focusing deeply when it’s time to work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements in a structured way
• Apply modeling standards appropriately (UML vs BPMN)
• Contribute to ergonomic user-interface concepts
• Present concepts and ideas to stakeholders

Requirements

• Object-oriented thinking
• Ability to structure work and present concepts
• Understanding of when UML helps and when it gets in the way
• Understanding that BPMN is not a replacement for UML
• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with large projects and demanding clients
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency with Enterprise Architect and Draw.io
• Ability to communicate in a language other than Polish
• Understanding why the job title in the posting is in English
