Description

SAP SuccessFactors consultant needed for remote work, delivering technical development and ongoing support for an HR platform. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to implement SAP innovations for HR processes, particularly migrating from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Responsibilities also include integration consulting and building/maintaining iFlows and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors development and maintenance, with emphasis on Employee Central

• Provide technical consulting on integrations with external systems, including creating and monitoring interfaces using OData API and integration scenarios

• Collect, analyze, and translate technical and functional requirements from business stakeholders into implementable solutions

• Create and maintain iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, applying architecture and security guidelines and maintaining documentation

• Support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY)

• Take ownership of delivered project elements and provide operational support for daily activities

• Collaborate closely with internal IT-HR, HR, IT teams, and external service providers

Requirements

• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors

• In-depth knowledge of Employee Central (EC)

• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration, including iFlow development

• Experience with OData API and interface/integration scenarios

• German proficiency at negotiation level (C1/C2)

• Strong communication skills, independence, and organized working style

• English and German proficiency at an advanced level
