Description

Lead SAP projects across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, coordinating consultants, developers, testers, and external vendors. Manage schedule, budget, risks, and project change while keeping documentation and stakeholder communication up to date.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, migration, and development projects for SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules
• Oversee project schedule, budget, risks, and change
• Create and continuously update project documentation (schedules, action plans, status reports, status materials)
• Collaborate with SAP architects on selecting solutions and components
• Coordinate the work of ABAP developers, SAP consultants, testers, and external suppliers
• Ensure delivery aligns with project assumptions and timeline
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP implementation and development projects
• Hands-on experience managing SAP implementation, migration, or development projects for SAP modules
• Project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe)
• Experience with SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Independence, proactivity, and ability to make decisions under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder/team relationship-building
• English level at least B1
• Polish level at least C1
