Description

You will own and coordinate SAP incidents across an international SAP environment, especially high-priority cases. You will bring together functional and technical teams, drive actions, priorities, escalations, and follow-ups, and ensure incidents are documented and resolved. You will maintain clear communication with business and IT stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate SAP incidents (focus on high-priority incidents)

• Coordinate the right functional and technical teams

• Drive actions, priorities, escalations, and follow-ups

• Keep business and IT stakeholders informed

• Ensure incidents are properly documented and driven to resolution

Requirements

• Experience with SAP and production support/incident management

• Good understanding of SAP landscapes and dependencies

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay structured during critical incidents

• Very good English
