UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer (Mobile & Web) with strong mobile design expertise to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams on modern, user-centric digital solutions. Rate: 90-120 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)Hybrid work model: team work 2-3 day/week from the Krakow office This role has end-to-end ownership of user experience and interface design across iOS, Android, and Web platforms, with a strong emphasis on production-ready design rather than concept-only work. The designer will actively support development teams during implementation, resolve UX questions in real time, and participate in internal and customer-facing demos.Responsibilities:Designing UI/UX solutions for iOS, Android, and Web applicationsOwning the full design lifecycle: discovery, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity UICollaborating daily with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA in an Agile environmentSupporting development teams during implementation by answering UX questions and making design decisionsPreparing and presenting design concepts for internal reviews and customer demonstrationsEnsuring consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines (Apple and Google)Improving existing user flows based on feedback, analytics, and usability insightsContributing to shared UI components and design patternsSupporting Product Owners during external customer presentations and demosWe are looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applicationsProven experience designing production-ready interfaces for iOS and AndroidStrong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systemsSolid knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines and mobile interaction patternsExperience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to clearly communicate and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGood command of English, written and spokenAbility to collaborate with globally distributed teams, including stakeholders based in the USANice to have:Experience with design systems used across mobile and webUnderstanding of mobile development constraints (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, web views)Exposure to usability testing and iterative design based on feedbackThis role is not perfectly suited for you, but you have a friend who would fit?
