Description

You will lead, control, and deliver SAP-focused IT projects end-to-end—from requirements analysis and concept design through implementation, testing, training, and go-live.

You will plan and execute tasks related to S/4HANA migration, analyze and optimize business processes, and drive digitalization solutions across sales, logistics, production, and finance.

The role also includes organizing and managing external service providers and supporting IT-related requests for quotations and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and realize projects in the SAP environment (requirements analysis, concept, implementation, testing, training, and productivity go-live)
• Plan and perform tasks within the S/4HANA migration
• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Develop solutions to enable digitalization, especially in sales, logistics, production, and finance
• Organize and steer external service providers
• Actively advance digitalization processes
• Conduct IT offer requests and tender processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in process and project management
• Very good knowledge of SAP components for Production, Logistics, Quality Management, and Finance, including associated interfaces
• Strong analytical skills, high problem-solving capability, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with strong teamwork orientation
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
