Description

You will develop and operate the group-wide Business Continuity Management program for Corporate IT, strengthening resilience and business continuity. You will continuously improve the BCMS and IT Service Continuity Management using a PDCA approach, while supporting regulatory requirements—especially NIS 2. You will also develop BCM/ITSCM concepts, policies, and processes and coordinate disaster recovery testing and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and run the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) including IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) with PDCA continuous improvement

• Support implementation of regulatory requirements, especially in the NIS 2 environment

• Create and maintain BCM and ITSCM concepts, guidelines, and processes

• Plan, coordinate, and support emergency tests and exercises with relevant business units

• Build transparency on risks and support regulatory implementation to improve long-term resilience of the global IT landscape

• Help shape integrated governance structures across business units, IT, and management in an international, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Degree or comparable qualification focused on (Business) Informatics, Business/IT Service Continuity Management, or crisis management

• Several years of experience in BCM, ITSCM, IT risk management, IT governance, or similar governance/resilience work

• Experience with BCM standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, IT-Grundschutz 100/200-4, or BCI GPG

• Certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation or Lead Implementer are advantageous

• Structured, independent, goal-oriented working style; ability to manage multiple concurrent topics

• Strong communication skills in German and English
