Description

You will be responsible for operating and integrating the SAP HCM on-premise systems and connected subsystems, ensuring smooth HR system operations. You act as the central contact for HR, advising on SAP HCM and additional HR administration and payroll tools. Together with the team, you will define the application strategy for the HR landscape and drive HR process optimization with technologies such as H4S4, Fiori, and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and integrate SAP HCM on-premise systems and connected subsystems to ensure reliable HR system operations
• Advise HR competently on SAP HCM and other HR administration and payroll tools
• Develop an application strategy for the HR landscape and optimize HR processes using H4S4, Fiori, and SuccessFactors
• Actively shape the further development of the SAP HCM landscape in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Independently lead projects and sub-projects for the strategic expansion of SAP HCM
• Analyze current HR processes, identify optimization potential, and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in German payroll in SAP HCM
• Deep understanding of HR processes, especially payroll-related processes and related customization
• Strong IT affinity and interest in IT-side implementation of HR processes
• Knowledge of the ABAP development environment, Adobe Forms, and Fiori
• Customer/service orientation and teamwork skills
• High initiative, flexibility, and resilience
