• Work model: Predominantly remote in Germany; occasional customer visits in Düsseldorf

Description

You will maintain and further develop existing customer-specific developments in SAP HCM authorization management, including analysis of complex functional and regulatory requirements. You will help optimize existing solutions and, where possible, move them closer to SAP standard. The role includes backend component development (e.g., SAP Dictionary structures, Dynpros, OData services) and contributions to modern frontend solutions (e.g., SAP UI5 apps and CDS views).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance customer-specific SAP HCM authorization developments

• Analyze and interpret complex functional and regulatory requirements

• Support the customer in optimizing solutions and aligning with SAP standard where possible

• Develop and maintain backend components (SAP Dictionary structures, Dynpros, OData services)

• Contribute to modern frontend solutions (SAP UI5 apps, CDS views)

• Provide consulting and knowledge transfer within the project team

Requirements

• Long years of experience as SAP HCM developer or SAP Application Consultant

• Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM authorizations, especially context-sensitive and structural authorizations

• Experience with individual SAP developments and complex customer landscapes

• Experience with the public sector

• Confident handling of classic and modern SAP technologies

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly

• Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
