Description

Operate, administer, and continuously improve virtualization and storage environments based on Proxmox and VMware. Design and manage enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), implement backup and recovery, and build high-availability infrastructure. Support container and Kubernetes platforms, automate operations, and handle 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting while documenting and improving the environment.

Requirements

• Completed IT degree or vocational training or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience operating enterprise infrastructures

• Strong knowledge of virtualization with VMware and Proxmox

• Strong knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam or comparable solutions

• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration with Kubernetes

• Strong knowledge of enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS)

• Experience with Proxmox and/or ESX clusters, high availability, and performance tuning

• Very good German and good English (spoken and written)
