Description

Lead strategic Operations projects from initiation to successful implementation while building and improving the project management framework across Operations. Develop project charters, governance, schedules, milestones, and resource plans; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and remove project roadblocks. Drive structured problem solving and continuous improvement, implement modern project management tools, and ensure environmental compliance, safety rules, and fire protection in project activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Operations projects end-to-end

• Establish and continuously improve the Operations project management framework

• Develop project charters, governance, schedules, milestones, and resource plans

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business priorities

• Drive execution, monitor progress, manage risks, and remove roadblocks

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization

• Provide executive project reporting and regular updates to Business Unit leadership

• Partner with the local Management Team to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives

• Ensure accountability for project deliverables and business results

• Promote structured problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies

• Implement and maintain modern project management tools

• Develop project follow-up and reporting structures, including standard tools and KPIs

• Escalate critical risks and propose mitigation plans

• Ensure observance of environmental rules, implement environmental program activities, and prevent emergency situations and potential environmental threats

• Create conditions for employee compliance with environmental behavior and review safety rules and fire protection for the section

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role

• Fluent in both Czech and English with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical and international business environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
