Description

Lead a team that builds and scales automation, tooling, and infrastructure enabling cleared engineers to develop, test, and ship certified production hardware in a classified environment on AWS. You will own three tightly coupled areas: the classified cloud development environment, high-speed hybrid lab + cloud device test infrastructure (including HITL), and device management software/tools and automation for provisioning and operation. You will set technical direction for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and test automation, partnering across hardware, FPGA, firmware, software, systems engineering, and security/compliance.

Requirements

  • US citizenship; must obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

  • 7+ years designing, implementing, or consulting in applications and infrastructures

  • 3+ years managing network, systems, or software development teams

  • Experience in cloud architecture, network engineering, systems design, software development, infrastructure architecture, data engineering, or DevOps

  • Experience designing/building test infrastructure and automation including hardware-in-the-loop

  • Experience delivering tools used by other engineering teams (device management/tooling/platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

  • 10+ years in applications and network/infrastructure experience

  • Experience building classified or regulated development environments and driving them through ATO/authorization

  • Experience with hybrid physical-lab + cloud test infrastructure for high-speed hardware

  • Experience building networking/device management/provisioning/telemetry software for embedded/hardware devices

  • Experience building internal engineering tools and automation that accelerate cross-discipline teams

  • Experience with government compliance frameworks or security evaluation processes

  • Track record developing senior technical talent toward Staff/Principal level

Compensation

Base salary range: $175,100–$236,900 annually (varies by location).
