Description

Lead the engineering team building new products and next-generation distributed systems for AWS partner experiences. Guide the design, development, and management of secure, scalable, highly available, performant, and operationally robust services and integrations. Work with senior leaders to define organizational vision and goals and aggressively hire and mentor Software Development Engineers and Salesforce Developers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-functioning engineering team
• Define and drive engineering vision and goals with senior leadership
• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, highly available distributed services
• Lead technical and project management across the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services
• 1+ year providing technical leadership and project management for the full software development lifecycle
• 1+ year developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++
• 1+ year developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using service-oriented architecture
• 5+ years of Software Engineer/Developer or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related)
