Description

You will manage and control orders in Shopify, handle changes, cancellations, refunds, returns, and complaints via a returns system, and keep product and pricing data up to date (products, variants, collections, discounts). You will also monitor order flow between the e-shop, ERP, warehouse, and other systems, work with exports/imports between systems, and communicate with customers primarily in writing. The role includes room to grow over time into e-commerce operations, data & automation, or CRO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and verify orders in Shopify
• Process order changes, cancellations, refunds, returns, and complaints (Retino returns system)
• Maintain products, variants, collections, prices, discounts, and product data
• Check correct order routing between the e-shop, ERP, warehouse, and other systems
• Handle non-standard orders and operational problems
• Work with data, exports, and imports across systems
• Communicate with customers, mainly in writing
• Help find errors and improvement opportunities for the e-shop and internal processes

Requirements

• Strong orientation in online environments and willingness to quickly learn new systems
• Flexibility, careful work style, and attention to detail
• Ability to independently solve problems and complete tasks
• Very good written Czech
• Knowledge of e-commerce systems and accounting/administrative programs and other business systems
• Interest in e-commerce, technologies, and working with data
