Description

Own how products are presented, structured, and discovered across the website, partner sites, and marketplaces. Ensure product data quality and accuracy in the PIM system, then continuously improve listings and shopping discovery to boost user experience and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product catalogue across packhelp.com, partner websites, and marketplaces (add new products and keep offers up to date)

• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of product data in the PIM system

• Optimise product listings, product pages, categories, filters, sorting, and search results to improve UX and conversion

• Gather requirements from stakeholders, manage priorities, and implement changes efficiently and accurately

• Work closely with Product, Category Management, Marketing, SEO, and Pricing teams to develop and optimise the shopping experience

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a similar role

• Experience managing product catalogues and adding or updating products across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or partner websites

• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Self-driven and proactive with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

• Comfortable using LLM-based tools to automate tasks and improve processes

• English at B1+ level
