Description

Work as a Senior Business Analyst on a pharma LIMS custom build project. You will define requirements for customization/configuration and integration needs, including mapping specifications between source and target systems. The role centers on stakeholder discovery, requirements documentation, and managing feedback through demos.

Role description & responsibilities

• Run regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements
• Review designs and implementation approaches with the business to collect feedback before go-live
• Demo the system to stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements
• Ensure clear communication and effective stakeholder management

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business analyst experience
• Experience in a validated environment (pharma preferred)
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) required
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile SDLC
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Persistence in resolving issues and finding the right solutions
• Life sciences experience (pharmaceuticals or CRO) preferred
