Description

You will work in agile Scrum teams on banking client projects by identifying business needs and proposing solutions. The role focuses on defining functional and non-functional requirements, modeling business processes (BPMN), and documenting business rules and data models. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, a system architect, and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Define functional and non-functional requirements

• Create analytical and project documentation

• Model business processes using BPMN

• Document business rules and algorithms

• Create business data models

• Work closely with business representatives, the system architect, and the development team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst on large projects in financial institutions

• Knowledge of banking products and experience participating in implementations in banking systems

• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML

• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect

• Fluent English (C1)

• Technical, economic, or banking education
