Description

Own and drive GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations capabilities for AWS Support and enterprise customers. You will define product vision for diagnostic tools for cloud issues and tools that simplify cloud operations, partnering with engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences across the agent lifecycle (build, deploy, govern, observe, and optimize at scale). You will also work with Sales and Account teams to position these capabilities as a strategic differentiator, staying at the forefront of agentic AI across AWS AI/ML, security, observability, and support services.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and execution for GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations
• Define product vision for diagnostic tools and cloud operations tooling
• Deliver cohesive experiences across the full agent lifecycle at scale (build, deploy, govern, observe, optimize)
• Partner with multiple engineering teams to bring capabilities together end-to-end
• Position the capabilities with Sales and Account teams as a strategic differentiator

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager
• 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related)
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
• 5+ years of product management in cloud computing
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience taking a product from conception & definition through engineering design and go to market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products end-to-end (concept through GTM)

Base salary range is listed for Dallas, TX and Bellevue/Seattle, WA; final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
