Description

Own and drive GenAI-powered troubleshooting and agentic AI operations capabilities for AWS enterprise customers and internal Support teams. Define the product vision for diagnostic tools for cloud issues and tools that simplify cloud operations, including tooling to support agentic AI operations across the agent lifecycle. Partner with engineering teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences at scale and help position the capabilities as a strategic differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision and delivery for GenAI diagnostics and agentic AI operations
• Build, deploy, govern, observe, and optimize agents at scale across the full agent lifecycle
• Partner with multiple engineering teams to deliver cohesive user experiences across agent lifecycle stages
• Work with Sales and Account teams to position capabilities strategically
• Collaborate across AWS AI/ML, security, observability, and support services

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
• 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, or related) experience
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• 5+ years of creating written product/development documentation for new products
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
• 5+ years of product management in cloud computing technology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and to market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products with full lifecycle ownership through GTM
