Description

You will lead multiple simultaneous storage product development programs across internal engineering teams, external vendors, and technology partners. The role drives end-to-end delivery (from concept through engineering design to market), while using data and key metrics to improve performance, quality, and cost. You will also define and measure process improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex technology initiatives and deliver critical solutions and significant improvements
• Lead all stages from concept through delivery
• Understand system architecture and influence technical priorities and business strategy using data
• Communicate effectively with leadership and diverse audiences; build consensus and resolve contentious issues
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans
• Simplify processes by adding, refining, or removing procedures to improve productivity and effectiveness

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and to market

Compensation

Base salary range (USA, CO, Denver): $148,700.00–$201,200.00 USD annually
